I use essential oils EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Seriously. I use them at home, at work, and out and about. They help me feel better, they make my home clean and smell good, and they enhance my diet also. I started with oils to help me sleep better and to diffuse when doing yoga. Then I found that they help me feel better and feel more energized. And recently, I started adding certain oils to my water, and drinking the Young Living NingXia Red super anti-oxidant drink. As I said, I use them every day and feel so blessed to have them as part of my daily life.
